As part of our commitment to building the local community, Alpha Omega Gym will provide a substantial discount to the school or team for  further education and development of their student athletes. 

What's Included:

• At Alpha Omega Gym
• 1 Trainer
• 6-18 weeks in duration
• 3 sessions per week
• Available MON-SAT at specific times:
  • Weekdays at 5pm
  • Saturdays at 9am
• 1 hour 
  • 5-10min warm-up and cool down
  • 40-50mins of “core” work
• *Sign-in sheets required*

Value:

$900.00 for 6 weeks

$150.00 per week for each additional week of training.
